The instruments of monetary policy and their legal regulation Abstract The goal of this paper was to perform a comprehensive analysis of Monetary Policy Instruments of the Czech Republic and the Eurosystem, including the historical, economic and international aspects of the subject matter. As the topic is significantly overlapping with economic theory, the theoretical grounds were first defined in the parts concerning historical analysis, the scope of the Czech National Bank, monetary policy and economic theory. The legal analysis of the instruments of the Czech monetary policy itself was then carried out especially in a general and special part; a comparative analysis with of the Eurosystem instruments was carried out afterward as well. The purpose of a general analysis of Czech Monetary Policy Instruments was to generalize the findings and the common features of the similar monetary policy instruments and therefore the author chose the procedure consisting in definition of the notion of the monetary policy instrument, the division of the instruments and particular instrument specification. In the following part, the author deals with the legal regime of specified monetary policy instruments. Monetary policy in Russian Federation and its influence on enterpreneurship

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and to explain motenary policy of Russian federation central bank and to determine specefic characteristics during 2000-2015, its targets, models, main instruments and methods of regulation. First of all, in the first chapter will be introduced theoritical part of monetary policy, in that part there are the main aspects of monetary policy. Then the functions and the effectiveness of Russian central bank will be described. There are described two periods: 2000-2013 and 2014-2015. The conditions and the causes of the crysis 2014-2015 will be depicted during the analysis of the monetary policy. Equally the instruments which are being used by the central bank will be taken place in that bachelor thesis. In the end, the author describes influence of monetary policy on enterpreneurship and economy.

Tools of monetary policy of the Czech National Bank

Tools of monetary policy of the Czech national bank - summary Zdeněk Zůna The purpose of my thesis is to analyze main factors affecting economic development of Czech Republic and describe in detail the instruments of monetary policy including reasons and consequences of their use. Author chose chronological interpretation with emphasis on inclusion in historical context. Introductory chapter defines the concept of monetary policy and outlines its types and goals. Along with the second and the third chapter, it creates necessary theoretical basis for the practical part. It explains why monetary policy is given to the hands of central banks as independent institutions, and why is price stability in most countries the only main objective of monetary policy. We also get a basic idea of what monetary expansions and monetary restrictions are and what are their consequences. Second chapter deals with process of monetary policy. It describes strengths and weaknesses of different strategies and shows the chain of economic links, through which the instruments used affect final goals. In addition, it presents some problems of monetary policy and discusses the role of time lags. Third chapter looks at the tools of monetary policy in general. Monetary policy of the Czech National Bank

This bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristic of the Czech National Bank including its a role in the czech bank system. The thesis focuses both on the evaluation of Monetary policy of the ČNB implemented, especially the way of its realisation in the targeting inflation regime and evaluating the success rate of achieving the inflation objectives which have been set up. Part of the thesis also deals with considering the posibility of accepting the unified european currency, The Euro, in the Czech Republic and its contributions and risks.
